Jessica Kaci Roman, sister of multi-platinum selling artist J.Roman of Vi3, better known these days as just Kaci Roman, was seen in Los Angeles without her boyfriend A.J. McLean on May 1, 2003. Instead, she was seen walking hand-in-hand into ONE Sunset with former high school sweetheart, Pete Wentz of Fall Out Boy.
"Kaci seemed very happy," one eye-witness says. "She was with Pete and Patrick [of Fall Out Boy] and a few other people, and didn't leave Pete's side the whole night. You could tell she was completely mesmerized by Pete, and he the same with her." Others, however, said the two were too open about their feelings for each other. "Pete was in VIP with friends and was all over Kaci to the point where it was causing a scene because people could see them."
Kaci, who is in Los Angeles recording her debut album, was later seen walking out of ONE Sunset with Pete's help, leading many to believe that she had had too much to drink while inside. "She was stumbling out of the club, it was kind of like the whole Britney thing all over again," one eye-witness outside the club told Star.
The question remains however, where A.J. was when all of this was happening. "I heard they got in a fight and she left him," a fan who saw Kaci at the Dancing With The Stars set on Tuesday night said. "She didn't seem upset about it at all though that night."
Kaci and A.J. have been together since they met in June 1999 while Kaci was on tour with her brother who was opening for the Backstreet Boys with Vi3 on their European tour.
