Kaci got her bellybutton pierced as a teenager, when it was "cool" to have it pierced

Kaci's first tattoo was a cluster of cherries on her ankle. She has said that she got it because it was easy to hide from her parents since it was so small and usually covered up by socks or jeans.

A year after getting her bellybutton pierced, Kaci got her first ear cartlidge piercing. By her birthday that same year, she had gotten her second one done.

Shortly after meeting her boyfriend in Wilmette, Kaci got her second tattoo, which she managed to hide from her parents for a few weeks. Her father was upset, but after some explaining about the meaning of it, he agreed that it was okay, since it had meaning behind it.

This tattoo is special to Kaci as she got it to remember her grandfather by, who she says is her star in the sky guiding her along her way in life.

Kaci's third tattoo was a peace sign on her right middle finger, which she got when she was touring in Europe with her brother and dating Backstreet Boy, A.J. McLean

Kaci got this tattoo out in Los Angeles while hanging out with her boyfriend.

It's another tribute to my life. I love my life, and I am in love. It's something that every time I look at it, I'm reminded that Love is ultimately the best thing in life. I could lose everything tomorrow, but as long as I have love in my life, I wouldn't care.
